Mediation of Employment Matters

At Rukin Hyland Doria & Tindall, our practice extends beyond litigation.  Peter Rukin and John Hyland both serve as mediators, focusing on mediation of employment matters.  Peter is a member of the mediation panel for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and has regularly mediated cases, both for the Court and privately, since 2002.  John obtained certification as an employment law mediator from Cornell University's School of Industrial Relations.  John and Peter bring to their mediations years of experience in litigating on both sides of employment matters.  Such experience gives them insight into how both sides of a dispute may view the situation.  Peter and John can provide mediation services throughout Northern California in all employment matters ranging from in-house resolution of workplace disputes to mediation of cases in active litigation.  Please contact us if you would like more information about our employment mediation practice.
